manvanservices.co.uk is a site operated by Man Van Services LTD. We are a limited company registered in England and Wales. Man Van Services offers customers the opportunity to view free quotations from removal/man and van service providers, across the United Kingdom. (For more services please visit our website www.manvanservices.co.uk). Customers wishing to use Man Van Services service acknowledge having read and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not proceed to use the site.

1. Why You Should Read These Terms

1. 1.1 Please read these Terms carefully before you place your booking with Man Van Services. These Terms include, but are not limited to, explaining who we are, our services and the services provided by us and our Partners.
2. 1.2 Each clause of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining clauses remain in full effect.
3. 1.3 You must guarantee that all goods transported belong to you and that if anyone has legal interest in the goods, you have their permission to transport them.
4. 1.4 You must provide Man Van Services with your current telephone number and email address. If these contact details change, you must let Us know immediately. Correct and precise addresses for pickup and delivery locations are compulsory.

2. Using the Website

1. 2.1 Use of and access to our website is allowed on a temporary basis only. We will not be liable if for any reason the site is unavailable for any period. We also reserve the right to amend or withdraw the service we provide on our entire site, or any part of it, without prior notice.
2. 2.2 Customers must be at least 18 years of age to use Man Van Services and must provide up-to-date, valid and complete contact information with a valid email address.
3. 2.3 Please be aware that you are responsible for making all arrangements required for you to access the website and you are also responsible for ensuring that all persons accessing the website via your internet connection are aware of and comply with these terms and conditions.

Man Van Services Terms & Conditions

If you use our Online Price model, where prices are instantly viewable in our Calendar/Website, you will instead be bound by” online Prices for We like to be as transparent as possible with all Our customers, we would therefore like to draw your attention to clause 9 where We set out Man Van Services and Our Partners liability to you and where it may be limited.

1. These Terms

1. 1.1 What These Terms Cover.
   These are Our terms and conditions on which We (and Our Partners) supply Our Services to you as a Private Customer or we are using our own team to provide you service.
2. 1.2 Definitions Used in These Terms.
   Additional Domestic: Domestic services provided within the United Kingdom and including ferry or water crossing.
   Man Van Services/Our/Us/We: refers to Man Van Services.
   Man Van Services: the quote given to you by Man Van Services in accordance with clause 2.5(a) together with any additional charges as set out in Man Van Services Site: Our website, which can be found at www.manvanservices.co.uk.
3. 1.3 Basic Compensation Cover: cover up to a total of £50,000, including for fire & full theft (full theft is the theft of all your goods that Our Partners are transporting); and is limited to £50 cover per individual item (and limited to an aggregate total of £50,000); and Booking: acceptance of your Booking Request by Man Van Services.
4. 1.4 Booking Request: the process of filling in the online form a customer inputs move details into.
5. 1.5 Booking Request Form: the form entitled “Booking Request Form” on the Man Van Services Site which you will complete and submit to Man Van Services and provides Man Van Services with the information We require to provide you with the Man Van Services Quote.
6. 1.6 Comprehensive Inventory List: a full and complete list of all items and inventory to be transported by Us or Our Partners.
7. 1.7 Comprehensive Insurance Cover: comprehensive insurance cover covers against physical loss or damage to your goods up to a value of £50,000.
8. 1.8 Contract: once We have accepted your Booking Request, provided you with an Man Van Services Quote and you have confirmed that you wish to proceed with a Price Option, a Contract is created.
9. 1.9 Domestic: domestic services provided within the United Kingdom but excluding any travel which includes crossing water (including any ferry crossing).
10. 1.10 International: Services outside or which cause our partners to provide any part of the Services outside of the United Kingdom.
11. 1.11 Job Number: upon Confirming your Booking Request, Man Van Services will assign you a Job Number allocated to your Booking.
12. 1.12 Price: acceptance of a specific Price Option together with any agreed amendments.
